Honey is one of the most faked foods in the world with unscrupulous manufacturers diluting honey with plant syrups, and making chemical modifications, meaning that tracing the origins of Honey is difficult.

Currently, commercial trade documents have to be on paper, which prohibits efficiency and growth and costs the international trade community billions of pounds.  It is estimated that 25 billion paper documents are generated and couriered around the world in relation to container shipping alone.
